OILER FEATURES

Heated Oil Supply Hoses

  • In line heated hoses are provided to further reduce oil viscosity and improve droplet spreading upon impact. Oil is only heated while the pumps are operating.

Header Service Monitoring

  • Through proprietary software the PLC will monitor and alert operators to service headers that are not performing optimally. This is particularly beneficial to customers with very dirty environments or high humidity.

Operator and Maintenance HMI Screens

  • HMI Screens are utilized to provide straightforward use for the operators and maintenance personnel.

Safety Interlock Keys

  • These are provided to disable the MCR and electrostatic shock and movement of equipment.

Heated Pump Stand Enclosure

  • Many customers store bulk tanks where temperatures are not controlled. The heated enclosure is maintained at a preset temperature to warm the reservoir and lower the oil viscosity prior to the metering pumps.

Servo Driven Metering Pumps with Flow Meters

  • Servos along with positive displacement metering pumps and flow meters provide precise feedback and control for the most accurate electrostatic oil application possible.

Incremental Adjustable Width Control 3" or 6"

  • Standard headers are designed with 3” or 6” wide nozzles for overall spray widths from 3” to 96”. Nozzles can be valved individually or in other variations depending on customer needs. Custom designs available upon request.

Telescoping Headers

  • For ease of access, headers pull out into a service position for quick inspection and cleaning.

Thread Tables

  • Thread tables can be provided to support heads and tails and minimize damage to the oiling headers and other equipment.

Edge Tracking

  • When in Auto, the oiler will track the desired edge to accommodate strip wandering.
